to announce that they have completed the acquisition of Central
Weigh Inc. Central Weight has long been known for high quality,
precision weighing and packaging equipment. Since its establishment
in 1989, Central Weigh has earned a well deserved reputation as a leading
manufacturer in fresh fruits and vegetables with a special mastery of
fresh cherry weighing and packaging.
Al Sosnik, former owner of Central Weigh, has agreed to make himself available to Sims and current Central Weigh customers during this time of changeover to help ease the transition for the upcoming 2008 cherry season. |
